Patricia Burnham, President
Patricia founded PBI in 1996 and is President and head of sales. She has built a company and a team that we are all proud of. Patricia’s dedication to her clients and the office furniture industry have forged PBI’s mission to provide the best service and the best solutions to our customers’ furniture needs.

David Marks, Account Executive
David, an Account Executive with PBI, truly has a solution approach to sales. His broad experience in the office furniture industry and attention to detail assures that every aspect of each project will be considered to produce the best result for the client.

Rod Rafajko, Account Executive
Rod is an Account Executive well experienced in commercial and government sales throughout the Washington, Maryland and Virginia area.  His extensive relationships within the furniture industry serves his clients well giving him the ability to put together and deliver furniture projects large and small.


Kelly Hogan, Designer

Kelly Hogan, Senior Designer
Kelly is PBI’s Senior Designer and is responsible for the design aspects of all of PBI’s projects. Her degree in Interior Design and experience gives her the knowledge and creativity to work directly with sales and the client selecting the best options for product and space planning.

Kelsey Somers, Designer
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, Kelsey creates and conceptualizes functional and aesthetically pleasing environments for our clients. She works with our sales team to propose designs, space plan and specify projects.

Project Management

Dawn Morse, Project Manager

Dawn Morse, Project Manager
Dawn, PBI’s inside Project Manager, coordinates and schedules the delivery and installation of all of PBI’s projects. Dawn acts as liaison among sales, design, manufacturer, and customer to ensure that each project is finished on time.

Joel Spies, Project Manager
Joel, PBI’s onsite Project Manager, supervises the delivery and installation of PBI’s projects. Joel works with both customer and installation crew to finish each project to the complete satisfaction of the customer.


Rayna Wendkos

Rayna Wendkos, Office Manager and Accounting
Rayna oversees PBI’s office staff and ensures that PBI’s office furniture professionals have the resources to offer their clients the best products and services possible.  She is also handles PBI’s accounting and works with vendors and customers to maintain good business relationships by keeping all accounts up to date.

Samantha Rizzi, Purchasing and Customer Service
Samantha receives and tracks customer orders as well as purchases product for PBI’s furniture projects.  She is the nexus of the flow of information between PBI’s team, customers and vendors.  She usually knows the answer, but if not, she can connect you to someone who does.

Louisa Shelby

Louisa Shelby, Administrative Assistant
Louisa, our newest team member, is responsible for PBI’s front office reception and customer service. She also supports and assists the other members of PBI’s office staff to provide our customers the best service possible.

Cliff Sherman, Contract Administrator and Human Resources
Cliff maintains and administers PBI’s GSA Contract as well as commercial contracts with customers and vendors. He also manages the company’s Human Resources and IT.
